		<description>Interesting post but i don't quite get why it was linear (in that only kind words should be given and also why the cards were scanned poorly.) I was a good method you used for ensuring they really did take a look at the card and didn't just write down any kind word.

I liked the American Psycho part though.</description>

		<description>I'm a bit confused by the last paragraph.  Would a worker giving you five kind words about a meaningless blob in an incorrectly scanned image be considered "useful data"?  I can't imagine anything it's useful for, but that's what you make it sound like...</description>
